One wedding Prabha has no intention of going through with, and one romance he has to invent to get out of it. A gangster has picked him for a son-in-law. His escape plan is a long-lost love, last seen years ago, waiting for him somewhere in the Swiss Alps.

A. Karunakaran wrote and directed this 2010 Telugu romantic comedy, and the fun comes from watching Prabha keep his story straight: in front of his father, at the reunion party, and in front of Nisha, the gangster's daughter, who falls for him regardless. Prabhas tells the lie with a straight face. Kajal Aggarwal plays opposite him, and Nandini, the childhood friend, sits at the centre of the fiction he builds.

G. V. Prakash Kumar wrote the music. B. V. S. N. Prasad produced it for Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. The register is mainstream Telugu romance of its era: broad comic setpieces, big feeling carried by the songs, family sentiment played without irony. Watch it for the lead pair and for the comedy of a lie that keeps needing one more detail.
