Sara Cox

Sara Joanne Cyzer, better known by her maiden name Sara Cox, is an English radio DJ, television presenter and author. She hosted a range of BBC Radio 1 shows from 1999 to 2014, including the breakfast show from 2000 to 2003. She later joined Radio 2 and has hosted its breakfast show since July 2026.
