Salli Saffioti is an actor, born 1976.
A voice in an earpiece, telling someone in serious trouble exactly what to do next. That is the Salli Saffioti specialism, and she has built an entire career out of it. As Ingrid Hunnigan she has been the Resident Evil franchise's operations contact across the animated films Degeneration, Damnation and Death Island as well as the games, which are not among the credits listed here. In Calls she plays a New York emergency operator, a whole performance delivered down a phone line with no image at all. Very few actors can hold a scene they are not visually in; that is the skill.
The other half of the workload is children's animation, at industrial volume. She voices both Clawdeen Wolf and Cleo de Nile in the Monster High films, two of the franchise's leads, opposite each other, for well over a dozen entries in this list alone. She also turns up in Superman/Batman: Apocalypse, the Watchmen offshoot Tales of the Black Freighter, Animaniacs, We Baby Bears, Bugs Bunny Builders and the 2025 Devil May Cry series.
There is live-action work too, including a credit in Rabbit Hole, though it is not where the career lives. Her range is not in accents so much as in function: she can be authority, comic brat and glamour villain, and the credit list suggests she rarely stops.

Where to start with Salli Saffioti
If you want to hear what she actually does, start with Resident Evil: Degeneration. Hunnigan is a voice on a screen giving instructions under time pressure, and the whole point of the performance is that the urgency has to arrive without any body language to help. Resident Evil: Damnation and Resident Evil: Death Island continue it.
Calls is the more interesting experiment, a series with essentially no picture, where she carries an emergency call as pure sound.
For the animation, take one Monster High and you have taken them all; Monster High: 13 Wishes is as good an entry as any, and hearing her play two of the leads against each other is the trick worth listening for. Tales of the Black Freighter is the strangest credit on the list, and Superman/Batman: Apocalypse the most straightforwardly fun.
