Rhona Bennett is an actor, born 1976.
Bennett came up through the Disney Channel pipeline, spending four seasons as a Mouseketeer on The All New Mickey Mouse Club, which in that era meant singing, sketch comedy and being on camera constantly while very young. When the show ended she moved into television acting, guesting around before landing series work of her own.
The screen career is short and specific. She was a regular on the UPN sitcom Homeboys in Outer Space, a cheap and knowingly silly science-fiction comedy where she played Loquatia, and then joined The Jamie Foxx Show in its fourth season as Nicole Evans, which is the part most people remember her for. The film work stayed small: a bit part in Malibu's Most Wanted, Penelope in No Vacancy.
Music is the other half of it, and the larger half. She is a singer and songwriter, has performed with En Vogue, which is how her name reaches the Coming 2 America credits, and also works as an author and a life coach. The acting reads less like an abandoned career than like one lane of several she has kept open.

Where to start with Rhona Bennett
The Jamie Foxx Show is where to start, because it is the only thing here that gives her a run of episodes and a character with a life outside the joke. Nicole Evans arrives late in the series and holds her ground in a cast built entirely around one comedian's timing, which is harder than it looks.
Homeboys in Outer Space is the curio: a low-budget UPN space comedy, largely forgotten, and she plays it completely straight, which is the correct choice for material this broad. Coming 2 America is worth a look for the En Vogue appearance rather than for any acting. Malibu's Most Wanted and No Vacancy are minor. If you came here for the singing, the records are the career and the screen credits are the sideline.
