Miho Okasaki

Two lead roles arrived in the same year and one of them has not let go since. Okasaki, from Okayama Prefecture and affiliated with the agency I'm Enterprise, debuted in 2017 in the way most voice actors do, background parts and single lines across a lot of shows. In 2018 she was cast as Miku Nishio in Music Girls and as Rimuru in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, and the second of those became a franchise.

Rimuru is an unusual job. The character requires a single voice to work as a small blue creature, as a leader addressing an army, and as something that belongs to no fixed gender, and she has carried it across the main series, the spin-off The Slime Diaries, and the features That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Scarlet Bond and its 2026 follow-up. Very few actors get to live inside one role that long that early.

She also sings, both in character as Hinana Ichikawa in the Idolmaster Shiny Colors concert films and under her own name at the Animelo Summer Live events, which is why the concert credits sit alongside the anime ones.
