Mick Foley
Mick Foley is an actor, born 1969.
Foley wrestled under three names and made all three stick, which almost nobody manages. Cactus Jack was the brawler, Mankind the damaged one, Dude Love the joke, and the credits on this page carry all of them, sometimes inside a single title. He worked for the WWF, WCW, ECW and TNA as well as extensively in Japan, became one of the defining figures of the WWF's Attitude Era, headlined the 2000 edition of WrestleMania and entered the WWE Hall of Fame with the class of 2013.
The more interesting question is what he did with the retirement. Plenty of wrestlers take the acting work on offer and play a large frightening man. Foley writes books, does stand-up, and has quietly become a decent character actor with a specific line in gentleness. In The Peanut Butter Falcon he turns up as Jacob and sets the film's tone in a couple of minutes. 12 Hour Shift uses him in a nastier register, and Anamorph gave him an antique-store owner and no jokes at all.
He also narrates Dark Side of the Ring, a job he is uniquely qualified for, since the series keeps returning to an industry he came through and a period he helped define. Most of the rest of the catalogue here is archive: retrospectives, pay-per-view compilations, the long tail of a career recorded more thoroughly than almost anyone's.

Where to start with Mick Foley
If you have never watched a wrestling match, go to Beyond the Mat. The 1999 documentary follows him as Mankind at his peak and refuses to flatter the business at any point, and it makes the rest of the career legible.
If you want the wrestling itself, WWE WrestleMania 2000 is the card he headlined and WWE Heat is the weekly television of that era. Dark Side of the Ring is the modern reckoning with all of it, narrated by him, and Undertaker: The Last Ride follows the wrestler he shared his most famous matches with.
For the actor rather than the wrestler, The Peanut Butter Falcon is genuinely lovely and he is genuinely good in it, and 12 Hour Shift is the strange little crime comedy that proves he can play mean.
