Jason Gray-Stanford

Jason Gray-Stanford (born May 19, 1970) is a Canadian actor and voice actor . He is known for playing Lieutenant Randy Disher in the TV program Monk and Raditz in the Ocean Group dub of Dragon Ball Z.
