Candi Milo
Candi Milo is an actor, born 1961.
Candyce Anne Rose Milo has one of the largest credit lists in American animation, over a hundred entries deep and running from the early 1990s to the present. Born in Palm Springs in 1961, she is someone anyone who watched cartoons in the last thirty years has heard repeatedly without knowing it, which is the definition of the job done well.
The range is the whole story. She voices boys and old women in the same working week and is convincing as both. Dexter in Dexter's Laboratory is the strident, adenoidal boy genius. Grim's Mom in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy is a completely different instrument. In Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius she plays Nick Dean, Britney and PJ in one film, which is the ordinary reality of voice casting and also a decent stress test. Add Tiny Toon Adventures, Cow and Chicken, ChalkZone, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Mucha Lucha, Codename: Kids Next Door, El Tigre, SWAT Kats, Loonatics Unleashed, The Powerpuff Girls, Pinky and the Brain, Rugrats and The Replacements, and the shape of a career built entirely inside television animation becomes clear.
Since 2017 she has held two of the most storied voices in the business, Granny and Witch Hazel in the Looney Tunes, plus Petunia Pig. Inheriting characters that old is a strange assignment, since the audience is comparing you to a recording from before you were born, and she does it without sounding like an impersonation. That work runs through Space Jam: A New Legacy, the recent Looney Tunes shorts and The Day the Earth Blew Up. Her film credits also include Cool World (1992), The Ant Bully and Persephone in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox.

Where to start with Candi Milo
The fastest way to hear what she can do is Dexter's Laboratory, where the title role is pitched high and loud and has to stay funny for a full episode without ever becoming grating. That is a harder piece of sustained work than it sounds.
Then take Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy together, because they show the two poles of her range inside the same Cartoon Network era, and you would not guess it was one performer.
For the current era, Space Jam: A New Legacy and Looney Tunes Cartoons are where the Granny work lives, and The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie is the best-made thing that voice has appeared in. Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius is the multi-character showcase, Cool World is the odd early credit worth a look for the curiosity value, and ¡Mucha Lucha! is the deep cut people who grew up on it still quote.
The Cartoon Network years
She took over Dexter partway through the run and voiced half of Cartoon Network's output through two decades. Coco in Foster's Home is the one that best shows what she can do with a character who says one word.
The Looney Tunes
She has voiced Granny and Witch Hazel since 2017 and Petunia Pig since 2022, which puts her in a lineage running back to Bea Benaderet. The recent Looney Tunes Cartoons is the best showcase.
The Nickelodeon shows
The other half of a generation's television. Invader Zim and My Life as a Teenage Robot are the two with the longest afterlives, and she is in both.
The Scooby-Doo films
A remarkable run of direct-to-video Scooby features across twenty years, usually voicing two or three parts per film. This is the kind of steady work that never appears in a career retrospective and pays for everything else.
