Britne Oldford is an actor, born 1992.
Oldford was born in Toronto in 1992 and has spent most of her career in American genre television, usually playing young women who are being watched by someone who wants something from them. Her first widely seen role was Cadie Campbell in the American version of Skins, and what followed kept that shape: Alma Walker in American Horror Story: Asylum, Remy Beaumont in Ravenswood, Regan in Hunters, Noa in The Path.
The work got substantially better once she was allowed to be the one doing the watching. Genevieve Cotard in Dead Ringers (2023) is the role to make the case with, a woman on the outside of a closed and increasingly airless world, and Oldford plays her as skeptical rather than victimised, which is the only way the part works at all. It is a harder job than it looks, since she has to react to a performance that is doing all of the obvious acting.
Since then she has moved between prestige and blockbuster without much friction: Fei Hargreeves, Sparrow Number Three, in The Umbrella Academy, an appearance in Free Guy (2021), Dr. Aura Williams in Long Bright River, Missy in Sirens (2025), plus small independent films including Which Brings Me to You and Pretty Thing. The list is still short for someone with this much range.

Where to start with Britne Oldford
If you want the performance that shows what she can do, it is Dead Ringers, and it rewards patience: the series takes a while to turn, and her character is the one holding the audience's viewpoint while it does.
Everything else splits by mood. The Umbrella Academy is the big, silly, expensive one, and she is a genuinely good addition to it. Skins is where the early work lives, flawed show and all. The Path is the slow-burn cult drama, Long Bright River the recent crime series, and Sirens the newest thing on the list. Free Guy is a blockbuster she passes through rather than leads, and Which Brings Me to You is the small romantic one for a quiet evening.
