Brian Tracy
Brian Tracy is an author.
Brian Tracy sells one product in many packages: the idea that success is a set of learnable procedures rather than a talent you either have or do not. He is Canadian-American, a public speaker first and an author second, with more than eighty books behind him translated into dozens of languages. The titles that carry his name are Eat That Frog!, The Psychology of Achievement, Earn What You're Really Worth, and No excuses!, whose subtitle, The Power of Self-Discipline, is the whole argument in five words.
Only a thin slice of that output is listed here. The Psychology of Selling is the earliest and the narrowest, aimed at a single job you can go and practise. Getting Rich Your Own Way is the money book. Read one and you have essentially read the method; the rest is repetition with fresh examples, which is either the point or the problem depending on how you take him.

Where to start with Brian Tracy
The Psychology of Selling is the one to try first, and not only if you sell things for a living. It is the most testable of the three, because it is about a specific task with a visible outcome, so you can find out fairly quickly whether the advice survives contact with a real person on the other side of the table.
No excuses! is the philosophical version, closest to the speaking career, and the place where the Tracy voice runs at full volume. Getting Rich Your Own Way is the least distinctive of the three. Fair warning: these books are designed to be persuasive rather than surprising, so if you bounce off the first one, the others are unlikely to change your mind.
