Brian Stack
Brian Stack is an actor, born 1967.
Most of Brian Stack's best work will never appear in a filmography. He wrote for all three of Conan O'Brien's late-night shows, Late Night and the brief Tonight Show run on NBC and then Conan on TBS, and left in April 2015 for the writing staff of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Late-night writing is a strange trade: anonymous by design, disposable by the next morning, and largely invisible to anyone who is not also doing it.
He is a performer as well as a writer, which is why the sketch-comedy label follows him rather than a plain writing credit, and the screen work reflects a career built in that world. There are bit parts in studio comedies, Dave in Baby Mama and Bob in Rough Night. There is voice work, a pilot in Hotel Transylvania, a CEO in Talking Tom and Friends, Xavier: Renegade Angel. And there is an appearance as himself in the documentary I Am Chris Farley.
It is a working comedy life rather than a famous one, and what is listed here is the visible tip of it.

Where to start with Brian Stack
There is no headline credit to build around, so treat this as a sampler. Baby Mama and Rough Night are the mainstream comedies where you will spot him in a scene or two, and both are perfectly decent on their own terms.
The voice work is more fun. Hotel Transylvania is the family-friendly end of it and Xavier: Renegade Angel is the exact opposite, a cult animated series so odd that describing it does it no favours at all. Talking Tom and Friends is strictly for households containing small children.
Finish with I Am Chris Farley, where he appears as himself. It is the closest thing on this page to a document of the comedy world he actually comes from, which is where his real body of work lives.
