Bob Bergen is an actor, born 1964.
Bob Bergen is the current voice of Porky Pig and Tweety, two of the most recognisable sounds in American animation. He inherited both rather than invented them, which is its own difficult skill: the job is impersonation with a pulse, keeping a character alive long after the voice that created it. Outside Warner Bros. he has worked steadily in English dubs of anime, and he once hosted Jep!, a children's version of Jeopardy!.
The rest of the career is the part nobody credits. Scan his filmography and the same two words repeat: additional voices. He is in Toy Story 2, A Bug's Life, Monsters, Inc., Finding Nemo, WALL-E, Up, Tangled, Wreck-It Ralph, Minions and dozens more, filling crowds, background arguments, screams, animals and one-line walk-ons. That is why he turns up on lists of the highest-grossing actors alive, a statistic that says more about how animated features are assembled than about any single performance.

Where to start with Bob Bergen
There is no single Bergen performance to open with, which is the honest answer for a career built on crowd work. If you want to hear him clearly, Space Jam: A New Legacy puts his Tweety front and centre, and Looney Tunes: Back in Action gives Porky more room than the modern shorts usually allow.
Everything else is a spotting game. The Emperor's New Groove has his Bucky, a small, weird, perfect piece of squirrel dialogue. Gremlins is the outlier, since none of it is language. Then rewatch Toy Story 2 or Monsters, Inc. and listen past the leads to the room noise. He is in there, and once you know the voice you stop being able to miss it.
The Pixar bench, where you have actually heard him
A decade of crowd scenes and small parts across the studio's best run. Up, WALL-E, Monsters Inc and Finding Nemo all use him somewhere in the ensemble, which is the invisible work that makes a crowd feel populated.
