Andi Peters
Andi Peters is an actor, born 1970.
British children's television in the early 1990s asked for a very specific skill: talk straight down the lens, alone, live, in the gaps between programmes, and make it feel like company rather than filler. Andi Peters was extremely good at it. He presented Children's BBC, then moved to Saturday mornings with Live & Kicking, which is the show that fixed his name in a generation's memory.
The career since has been wider than presenting alone. He is a producer and journalist as well, worked in breakfast television through GMTV, and is now with ITV, where he appears on Good Morning Britain and Lorraine. He has also hosted Dancing on Ice: Extra and The Big Reunion. The constant across all of it is live television and the unglamorous discipline it demands: filling an exact amount of time, accurately, with someone counting in your ear, which almost nobody is trained to do any more.
The scripted credits are thin, and that is not a criticism. Presenting is the job, not a consolation prize for failing to act. He voiced additional characters in Toy Story 2, and appears as himself on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, The Real Hustle and the Children In Need telethon. More than thirty years of continuous live broadcasting is the achievement on this page, and no filmography is going to capture it.

Where to start with Andi Peters
Nostalgia and craft both point at Live & Kicking. Saturday-morning television was three hours of live chaos with children, guests and phone-ins, and watching someone hold it together is a better showcase than any scripted role.
Good Morning Britain is the current version of the same skill in a different register, competitions and outside broadcasts rather than puppets.
Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway and The Real Hustle cover the entertainment credits, and Children In Need is the annual telethon, which is live presenting at its most exposed.
Toy Story 2 is the outlier: additional voices in a Pixar film, so treat it as trivia rather than a performance to seek out.
